If you guys have played "Dragon Skies" on the iPad you would know what the Phantom Dragon was.
Anyway here is a base for you to use.
I kept it in the orignal colors because I think it would be easier to see the pattures and torn up wing and such to color in with your choice.
I was gonna make a OC that was a Phantom Dragon, but then got into making a base.
So yeah after I upload this I am gonna work on my OC picture.
I made this so no orignal picture
RULES:

No frank doodling. (like 10 seconds on your done, do some designs and that)
